Scoring:
Using a point system. The most points accumulated at the end of the 4 events will determine your placing. You will be placed on the score within your weight class.

30 mm block set gripper Event (IronMind set from Cannon PowerWorks)

2 attempts per hand, 4 total attempts, total between top closes is your score. Example, a 130 LH close and 145 RH close is a 275 score for that event. You can go around up or down a RGC poundage for attempts. 1 min allowed per attempt. 30 mm block set must be placed between gripper before attempt. Handles must touch. No bracing wrist or spring with off-hand on attempts.

3" x 4" Saxon Bar Deadlift (Arm Assassin Strength Shop):

4 attempts allowed, 1 minute per attempt. Rising bar format. Sumo or conventional deadlift allowed. You must lock out the bar at the top of the lift, showing command, and lower the bar on the referees down command.

6"SSE Fixed Anvil (Staniewicz Strength Equipment)

4 attempts allowed, 1 minute per attempt. Rising bar format. The knock bar must make contact with the cross bar. You may brace against your body with your off hand. You must maintain your grasp with the implement on the way up and down.

Double Inch Dumbbell Ladder ( Staniewicz Strength Equipment):

Weights:
Women (25’s +1, 50’s +2, 75’s +3, 100’s +4 unlimited, Men 93 kg 75’s +1, 100’s +2, 125’s +3, 150’s +4 unlimited, Men 105&105+ 100’s +1, 125’s +2, 150’s +3, 175’s +4 unlimited)

Deadlift a pair of Inch dumbbell’s, one in each hand to lockout. You have a 2-minute time limit to collect as many points as possible. They must be lifted with either dumbbell on your side and not in front of your body You may not intentionally tilt the bell for the lift. Any inadvertent tilt beyond 15 degrees is a no lift (not going be able to measure obviously, but that is the intent. You must lift the bells from lightest to heaviest. A heavier set of bell’s lifted will always supersede a lighter bell lifted a million times. You may pass to the next heaviest dumbbell after successfully lifting a lighter dumbbell. If you fail a heaver dumbbell you may go back down to a smaller dumbbell to collect more points. Scoring will be as follows:

Women:
50 lb bell lifted is 50 points and every rep there after with that bell will be 2 point’s, with a maximum of 74 points. 75 lb bell is 75 points with 3 points for every extra rep. 100 lb bell is 100 points with 4 points for every extra rep, 125 lb bell is 125 points and 4 points for every additional rep with unlimited points.

Men:
93 kg, 75 lb bell is 75 points with 1 point for every additional rep 100 lb bell is 100 points with 2 point’s for every additional rep. 125 lb bell is 125 points with 3 points for every additional rep, 150 lb bell is 150 points with 4 points for every, with unlimited points.

Women’s:
10 reps on the 25 lb bell in 2 minutes earns 34 points, 25 points for the first rep plus 9 for the extra reps.

Men 93 kg:
10 reps on the 75 lb bell, and 2 reps on the 100 lb bell earns you 104 points.

Men’s 105:
3 reps on the 150, and 1 rep on the 175 lb bell earns you 175 points
