Format:
The last man standing format will be used for the first 4 events with each competitor getting 0:30 to complete their lift. Switching hands is allowed. GSI (Grip Sport International) rules will be used. The last two events the competitor will be given 1:30 to provide their best effort.
Additional Information: Every Class will receive medals and the overall men's and ladies classes and masters winning awards. Everyone will receive a competition t-shirt.
